Small Business Start-up Package

 

So many things to do; take some of them off your mind. 

Have all your copy professionally done and

ready to go when you open your doors. 

Packages start at $400 and include the text for:

•  Business Cards

• 1 promotional piece (1 page in length: postcard, flyer, newsletter, brochure...)

• Content for 5 key web pages (includes Home page, Product/ Service description (what and why), About Us, Bio for key personnel (max 3 for base rate), and FAQ)

• Add a Client Contact Package to the above package at 5% off the package price.

 

Need a graphic designer?

We will put you in touch with some talented people to

create the perfect format for the text.

 

 

Client Contact Package

 

Regular communication with your clients helps to keep you

at the for-front of their mind.  Newsletters and monthly publications

are ideal. 

 

The best way to guarantee flow from one month to the next

is to write everything at the same time.

 

You pick the topics, we'll interview you for the info, create an outline and take it from there.  We will provide you with completed, publishable text for you to publish as you desire.

  

Standard Rates: 1 page (250-300 words) = $75

12 publications, 1 page each = $750 (That’s 2 articles for free!)

12 publications, 2 pages each = $1200 (That’s 4 articles for free!)

Writer-on-staff

Do you need regular help with your writing or your editing?

Use us for:

Marketing materials, Sales Packages, Powerpoint presentations, Customer contact, Newsletters, Emails, Business Cards, Promotional Materials, Website text...

 

These packages allow you to plan your expenses and have the assurance of a professional writer at the ready.  No minimums apply: use 5 minutes of editing, be billed for 5 minutes.

 

How does it work?

Select how much time you will need over the course of a month/ year.  Each month, after payment is received, you are entitled to your selected amount of time.  Unused time banks for the calendar year.  You will receive quarterly updates as to your "account" status. 

Need more time consistently?  We can adjust your package.  Need more time for a specific project?  If you have "banked" time, no problem.  If not, you will be billed at 10% off our hourly rate. 

 

$25 monthly = 6 hours yearly

$50 monthly = 14 hours yearly

$100 monthly = 29 hours yearly

$150 monthly = 44 hours yearly

$200 monthly = 59 hours yearly  

$250 monthly = 75 hours yearly
